Welcome to Joyful Voices. By downloading, accessing, or using the Joyful Voices app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Joyful Voices ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Joyful Voices is an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) app designed to support communication for children and families. The App provides tools and features to facilitate communication through customizable interfaces and digital communication boards.
Joyful Voices offers auto-renewable subscription plans with the following terms:
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. To cancel your subscription:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
If we offer a free trial, you will be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not have access to or control over App Store transactions or refunds.

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Joyful Voices and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with questions regarding medical conditions or treatment.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOYFUL VOICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joyful Voices and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available in the App and on our website. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via the email associated with your account. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Joyful Voices regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
